These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Phone Cleanup Now mobile application (the "App"), developed and operated by Novago Global Solutions FZ-LLC, a company registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

The App is a gallery organization utility that allows users to review and manage screenshots, screen recordings, duplicate photos, and similar videos directly on their device.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The App provides tools that help you review, organize, and remove selected media files from your device, including duplicate photos, similar videos, screenshots, and large recordings.
All actions related to file deletion occur only after your explicit confirmation. You remain fully in control of what is removed from your device.
The App does not provide cloud storage and does not access or modify system files outside of permissions granted by you.
Media analysis is performed entirely on your device. The App does not copy, upload, or store your photos and videos on external servers.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The App is rated 4+ on the App Store and can be used by a general audience.
You acknowledge that deleting files may result in permanent data loss and that you are responsible for backing up important data before using cleanup features.
Certain features require a paid subscription billed through your Apple ID via the App Store.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple under Apple's policies.
The App relies on trusted third-party services for analytics, crash diagnostics, subscription management, and marketing attribution. These services do not have access to your personal media.
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the App to improve functionality and reliability.
The App is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that all files identified for cleanup are unnecessary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data or damages resulting from the use of the App.
These Terms are between you and the Company, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App and has no obligation to provide support.
The App does not use face recognition technology and does not collect or store face data.
We may suspend access to the App if these Terms are violated.
